Giving Thanks!

Have you found that when you express your appreciation for something you also receive a sense of gratitude which feels good?

Studies have shown that having an internal sense of gratitude leads to increased dopamine levels and higher levels of activity in the hypothalamus - which improve our health. While we are all eating our Thanksgiving meals today let’s try to remember to not only make an external acknowledgement of thanksgiving but to internalize our gratitude as well.
