Sitting It Out

Do you find that sometimes, due to external stressors or highly emotional experiences your body chemistry changes and you just can’t function normally?⁠

I find that in addition to utilizing stress-reducing tools and activities, it is best to just sit it out. Pay attention to how you are feeling and don’t demand too much from yourself!
