Identify the Stress

Identify the biggest stressor in your life. Be honest with yourself.  Envision how you would feel without this stress. Do you feel happier? Healthier? Do you want that?

Often we deny the source of our stress or accept it as unavoidable. This is a mistake. If you feel the physical, emotional or spiritual manifestations of stress – look for the source. We are still in the month of miraacles. What better time to reveal the light within ourselves by bringing the source of our stress to the surface?

Think about the various stressors in your life. Contemplate how they affect you. How do they make you feel? How does your body respond to them?

Really evaluate the stressors in your life and how they negatively affect you. Write your observations down.

Taking Action

Now that you have prepared yourself to begin your healing journey, it is time to embrace the process of positive change.

Are you ready for the first action step? Review all the preparatory steps and make sure you are ready. If you are, say out loud to yourself, "I am ready to take action!" Then once again, envision yourself in perfect health (body and soul) and summon the feeling of gratitude that accompanies this reality.
