Getting Grounded

Get in touch with the earth every day: Swim in the ocean, walk barefoot, touch trees, smell flowers etc. This will ground you and help you get in tune with your body.

Getting regular grounding is super important both for your physical body and your mind. If you can't get out try using a grounding pad.

Get a massage. Massage can be a wonderful ally in your journey to health.
