Our body-soul is an amazing unit with many parts. Most often, even if you can identify a physical source, there is an emotional, intellectual or spiritual source behind it. Start by identifying the physical source then dig deeper until you identify the true source.

Taking Cues from your Body

When you are stressed your body begins to break down, and you are no longer able to repair yourself. Take cues from your body as to what else in your life is stressing you.

Once you have removed the source of your biggest stressor, or switched your perspective on it, and have started getting in tune with your body its time to take the next step.
