Detox Baths
I suggest purchasing large bags of Epson salts and baking soda and a bottle of high quality essential oil for detox baths. Put 3-8 drops of essential oils into 1/2 C of salts, mix in 1/2 C soda and disolve into warm bath water. Enjoy!
